Alfredo Machado comes from a family of artisans. Son of the master Domingos Machado, he started early in the manufacture of stringed musical instruments. As soon as he completed his 9th year of schooling, he revealed his desire to continue with the family's art. His father was happy and transmitted all his knowledge with commitment and dedication.

Currently, Alfredo Machado is already recognized as a talented craftsman in the construction and recovery of Cordophones. He always worked alongside his father, in perfect family and work harmony. Like his progenitor, Alfredo Machado has many orders and he does not think one day to industrialize this difficult art.
