Given the tax and customs restrictions, sending the purchase invoice to a different address from the delivery address is only possible for residents in Portugal.

The handicrafts purchased at artepopular.pt are sent every Monday via CTT's Delivery Service, with the possibility of online monitoring of the respective purchase. The delivery time within the European Community is 3 to 10 days. Outside Europe, you can expect 7 to 21 days. Delays may possibly occur due to the customs clearance service or for reasons to which we are alien. In mainland Portugal and Islands, purchases are delivered in 1-10 business days. For requests for special handcrafted or custom-made pieces, please contact us.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

A purchase can only be canceled if it has not yet been dispatched for shipping. A fee may be charged to cover the costs of canceling the respective electronic payment process. We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery of the purchase if it does not show any signs of damage or use. Subsequently, a refund will be issued for the total value of the handicraft purchased, except for the costs of sending and processing the electronic payment. When returning purchases delivered in countries outside the European Community, it is necessary to indicate on the packaging that it is a return of purchase and complete the customs declaration accordingly (without added value). The original customs declaration sent by us and a copy of the invoice or sales receipt must be available outside the purchase for verification by the customs authorities.

PAYMENT METHODS

PayPal

Payments made through the PayPal system will be processed by PayPal S.à rl & Cie, SCA (Europe). See the Conditions of PayPal Services at https://www.paypal.com

VISA and MasterCard

Payments made by credit card will be processed by STRIPE, under the service contract between the contracting parties, Carlos Ribeiro and STRIPE. For more details, see https://stripe.com

MB WAY

Payments made through the MB WAY App will be processed by the SIBS entity. See the Conditions of MB WAY Services at https://www.mbway.pt

Bank transfer

Payments made by bank transfer will only be valid after we acknowledge the total amount of the purchase in our bank account. No purchase will be dispatched based on a transfer receipt emailed to us.
