Note that handicraft is a very peculiar form of popular expression, marked by the freedom that the artisan has in the execution of different details, from piece to piece, within the same genre of artistic creation.

As such, there are never two pieces exactly alike. Small variations in size, tones and expressions are frequent and even desirable.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery of the purchase if it does not show any signs of damage or use. Subsequently, a refund will be issued for the total value of the handicraft purchased, except for the costs of shipping and electronic payment processing.

When returning purchases delivered in countries outside the European Community, it is necessary to indicate on the packaging that it is a return of a purchase and complete the customs declaration accordingly. That is, without added value. The original customs declaration sent by us and a copy of the invoice or sales receipt must be available on the outside of the purchase packaging for verification by the customs authorities.

Handicrafts purchased in artepopular are sent every Monday via the CTT Delivery Service, with the possibility of online tracking of the respective shipment.

The delivery time within the European Community is 3 to 10 days. Outside Europe, 7 to 21 days are to be expected. Delays may possibly occur due to the customs clearance service or for reasons to which we are alien. In mainland Portugal, purchases are delivered in 1-3 working days. For requests for special handicrafts or resale, please contact us. In case of a delay in the dispatch of your purchase, it will be sent by express mail, if available in the country of destination of delivery. During the Christmas season and during the holiday months, mail deliveries are subject to normal delays.

Given the tax and customs restrictions, sending the purchase invoice to a different address from the delivery address is only possible for residents in Portugal.
